Winner, your trusted industrial threaded ball valve manufacturer, recently hosted an independent third-party inspection team assigned by our long-term European customer for the re-inspection of conventional-size threaded ball valves before shipment.

Threaded ball valves are our core export valve products widely supplied to European fluid control projects.  During the on-site audit, Winner’s sales, QC and engineering teams fully supported the independent inspection.

The third-party inspector carried out pre-shipment inspection strictly following the customer’s technical datasheet, order requirements and international valve testing standards. The inspection scope covered visual check, thread accuracy, dimensional tolerance, material marking, sealing performance, operation test, hydrostatic pressure test, nameplate marking and export packaging. Random sampling was performed, while material test certificates and production QC records were verified on site. Our technical team responded promptly to all queries and provided supporting documentation.

After full on-site testing and documentation review, this batch of conventional threaded ball valves passed the third-party inspection. The inspection team acknowledged consistent product quality, reliable sealing performance and Winner’s standardized quality control workflow for industrial ball valves.
