Safe Integration of Lead-Free Material and Intelligent Control
The CW724R lead-free brass electric ball valve is an automatic control device specially designed for precise fluid regulation. Its core definition lies in the dual attributes of "material safety" and "functional intelligence". Key components of the valve that are in direct contact with water flow, such as the valve body and ball, are all made of CW724R lead-free silicon brass that complies with the EN 12164-2016 standard. This material is based on 73.0%~77.0% copper as the matrix. By adding 2.7%~3.4% silicon to replace the lead component in traditional brass, and combining with 0.05%~0.1% phosphorus to optimize performance, it finally achieves the strict index of lead content ≤0.005% — which is less than 1/50 of that of traditional lead-containing brass.
Block Lead Pollution at the Source to Ensure Water Quality Safety
Under long-term water flow scouring, lead elements in traditional lead-containing brass valves are easy to leach into water, becoming an "invisible threat" to drinking water safety. The ultra-low lead characteristic of CW724R alloy solves this problem from the source. Its lead migration amount is far lower than the EU's mandatory standard of 5µg/l. Verified by third-party testing institutions, the lead content in the effluent of water supply systems using this valve can be stably controlled below 2µg/l, which fully meets the Standards for Drinking Water Quality (GB 5749-2006) and mainstream international safety specifications.
