There are 2 types of Winner electric 3 wires motorized ball valves, 3-point and ON/OFF control. 

For 3-point type, there are 2 wires, 1 for open, the other for close. 

While for ON/OFF type, there is only 1 wire for control, when the wire connected, valve closes; when wire disconnected, valve open.
